We've added support for creating subscription in Stigg with a past starting date that.

When Stigg is integrated with Stripe, a relevant subscription will be created in Stripe using Stripe's backdating functionality, and the customer will only be billed on the next billing period (yes, yes - the same billing period that we added here 😛).

This is functionality enables our customers to migrate their existing customer base into Stigg, without charging them multiple times for the same subscription.
