We've made improvements to the UX of draft plans and add-ons:

1. In the product details screen there's a clearer distinction between draft plans (which are not visible to customers) and published plans
2. Draft plans now appear in the create subscription form as disabled with a proper indication
3. Draft add-ons appear as disabled in the form that's used to mark add-ons as compatible with each plan
